APPROVE BILLS: The monthly bills were presented to the Town Board. Motion was made by Supervisor Dado, second by Supervisor Karpenski to approve payment of the bills listed. Motion carried.

a.  Approve Utility Permit Fee and Application Form – Motion made by Chairman Johnson, second by Supervisor Bonneprise to approve the Application form and to establish a twenty- five ($25.00) dollar permit fee. Motion carried.

b.  Animal Control Officer – Dan Hoverman introduced himself and his wife to the town board members. He was presented with a copy of the animal control office contract.

a.  Approve Building Permit Fee Schedule Revision – Motion made by Supervisor Bonneprise, second by Supervisor Karpenski to approve the Building Permit Fee Schedule Revisions. Motion carried.

b.  Policy for House/Fire Numbers – Motion made by Chairman Johnson, second by Supervisor Bonneprise to approve Resolution 66-2011 Policy for House/Fire Numbers with a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for a new house number, sign and installation subject to change when necessary. Motion carried.

c.  General Discussion of Budget for 2012 – Supervisors meeting was set for October 18, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss 2012 budget.

d.  Rescind Ord. 12-2002 Establishing Guidelines for Permanent Foundations for Manufactured Housing – Motion made by Supervisor Dado, second by Supervisor Karpenski to rescind Ordinance 12-2002 Establishing Guidelines for Permanent Foundations for Manufactured Housing. Roll call vote: Supervisor Karpenski – yes, Supervisor Bonneprise – yes, Supervisor Dado – yes, Chairman Johnson – yes. Motion carried.

e.  Web Site Development and Management – Discussed to get some bids for development and have it put on next month’s agenda.

f.  Discuss Banning Open or Concealed Weapons in Municipal Buildings Relating to Wisconsin Act 35 – Will be put on next month’s agenda.

a.  Approve Tree Stump Grinding – Motion made by Supervisor Bonneprise, second by Supervisor Dado to approve the bid with B & B Stump Removal. Motion carried
